You need to have access to the Internet and a valid e-mail
address. You also need to have your current paper bill. We
will ask for the account number and the password that you
will use. Then, continue to follow the sign-up instructions
on the screen to complete your enrollment.
EATEL's eBilling service is free of charge for all of our customers.
As long as your telephone numbers are associated with one
account number, you will have the ability to view the activity
of each line on a monthly basis.

Yes. EATEL will reverse your payment if the transaction
is returned by your bank for any reason. EATEL will charge
your account a fee of $25 per returned transactions.
Yes. You need to submit a payment amount authorizing EATEL to debit your bank account
or process your charge account authorization on a monthly basis. You may do this on a month-to-month
basis before each due date, or you may set up automatic, recurring payments for your convenience.
Recurring payments do not require you to login and submit payments every month. Once you set up
recurring payments, payment is automatically submitted to EATEL from your bank or credit card every month.

will receive your password by e-mail shortly afterward. Be sure to check any spam filters or blockers for this email if you do not receive it in a timely manner.
